Comparison of seedling growth in transgenic Arabidopsis B267 and B288 lines under salt stress conditions. (A) and (B) B267 and B288 transgenic lines germinated on 1/2MS agar medium for 2 days, and then transferred onto 1/2MS agar medium with 125 mM NaCl. Plants were incubated vertically and photographed after 12 days, respectively.
