The list of constitutively expressed genes and the expression pattern in chrysanthemum organs by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). RT-PCR expression assays were performed using five organ types: leaf, bud mix, root, petiole and stem, listed above the corresponding columns.
