Changes in GUS activity driven by U41 and U47 promoters in chrysanthemum. Average GUS activity (nmole MU/min/mg protein) of control, 35S-CaMV (pCAMNIA2301), U47, and U41 promoter constructs were performed in four single experiments with corresponding standard deviations. Statistical analysis of significant data was evaluated by one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) test. Means with different lowercase letters were statistically different at p<0.05 between segments and between tissues, respectively.
