Fig. 1 Submergence tolerance phenotype of ‘Milyang23’, ‘Tong88-7’ and RILs at germination stage.
Fig. 2 Linkage maps composed of 1313 SNP markers for flooding tolerance in 165 RIL population. Three flooding tolerance QTLs were detected on chromosomes 1, 3, 4, and 7 from the milyang23/Tong88-7 RIL population after seeding emergence. The linkage map was generated using QTL IciMapping program ver. 4.1.
Fig. 3 The survival rate of the Milyang23/Tong88-7 RILs carrying different allele combinations of qSUB1, qSUB3, qSUB4, and qSUB7. Letters from a to d indicate significantly different values according to duncan's multiple range test (α=0.05). Errors bars indicate the standard errors of each category.

zLOD: The logarithm of the odds

yPVE: Percentage of the phenotypic variance that was explained.

xAdd: Positive value of the additive effect indicate that allele from ‘Tong88-7’ was in the direction of increasing the trait value.
