Fig. 1. Example of genotyping in the MGRIL population. In this experiment, the marker name is RS06005 and PCR product size was 752bp. After restriction enzyme digestion using HindIII, Gihobyeo allele was divided to 240bp and 512bp fragments. ‘MY’ indicates Milyang23 and ‘GH’ indicates Gihobyeo. Each of left and right ends is size marker.
